Packing Associate

We currently have an opening for a Packing Associate.  The Packing Associate is responsible for making sure all customer orders are filled accurately, packaged safely, and completed in a timely manner.  Normal working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM.  The Packing position is NOT an assembly line position; it requires thoughtful and thorough attention to detail to assist in getting the right part to the right place at the right time.


  • Packing orders in a precise and timely manner
  • Able to package anything from single box orders to large pallets with several hundred pieces of equipment
  • Quality control of products, including thinking outside the box and having accuracy
  • Maintain warehouse orderliness
  • General warehouse duties as needed


  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and efficient
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment
  • “Can-do” attitude and willing to go the “Extra Mile”
  • Basic computer skills

Receiving Associate

We currently have an opening for a Receiving Associate. It is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM — 4:30 PM (hours may vary slightly). This is a hands on position dealing with networking hardware.


  • Primary responsibility will be making sure all incoming networking inventory units are received accurately and efficiently (data entry of part numbers with precision)
  • Efficiently unpacking and prepping orders to be received
  • Screen for damage to equipment and make accurate comments
  • Verify parts numbers and quantities on orders and accurately sort them
  • Research to determine part names based on online resources (i.e. Google, eBay)
  • Coordinate with co-workers to ensure all orders are done right the first time
  • Help organize and systematize the entire receiving process
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

  • Must be able to keep get inventory tasks done correctly the first time
  • Must have a high level of responsibility and timeliness

Picking Associate

We are looking for someone who aims to WOW us with amazing service, gets projects done well and on time, and goes the extra mile with a smile.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM — 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).


  • Verify accuracy of an order by comparing the customer’s purchase order to our internal sales transaction
  • Use computer/computer software to print out the picklist for an order, which contains the location of the item, its part number and its serial number
  • Find the product(s) in the warehouse and verify the quality and condition of the product against the particular customer’s standards, verify the quantity needed to pick as well as any accessories required for the product to function
  • Verify that the product(s) has been tested by the Tech Department
  • May be required to complete some minor updates to the product such as exchanging covers and/or faceplates, painting, etc.
  • Picking product from warehouse location and placing on packing shelf
  • Prioritize orders when giving to packing in order to assist shipping department
  • Assist the Freight and Packing Departments as assigned


  • “Can do” attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Be able or willing to operate a forklift/order picker at heights of twenty feet
  • Previous picking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, time management, detail-oriented, multitasking, accuracy and efficiency required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • High level of integrity
  • Self-motivated, always working towards improvement
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or accounting; MBA and CPA strongly preferred
  • 10-15 years business experience, with at least five years serving in a management capacity for Finance and Accounting
