Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant position is for entering daily Sales Orders and facilitating their smooth flow through the fulfillment process.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for entering daily Sales Orders and facilitating their smooth flow through the fulfillment process.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Assists with the accounting department with accounting transactions, including processing credit cards and navigating PayPal.
  • Answers all internal and external clients’ inquiries promptly
  • Maintains filing systems, whether in electronic or paper form
  • Completed assigned reports for other departments
  • Responsible for entering and balancing transactions using Microsoft Excel
  • Completes data entry accurately and thoroughly
  • Tracks and reports measurables
  • Completes required documentation, which many include scanning
  • Backup to receptionist
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity at all times and follows company core values
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be highly detail oriented
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficient)
  • High school diploma with associate degree highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of Administration experience preferred

Packing Associate

The Packing Associate position is responsible for making sure all customer orders are filled accurately, packaged safely, and completed in a timely manner.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packing orders in a precise and timely manner
  • Able to package anything from single box orders to multiple box orders
  • Quality control of products Follows all safety standards, which may include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Assist with projects within our warehouse/storage facilities
  • Assist other Operations departments as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency (KPI’s)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Requires basic knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must be able to learn and use company inventory software program
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Capability to repetitively lift 10 to 15 lbs and the ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effectively utilize team resources and meet deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Strives for personal growth and development
  • Capability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.

Receiving Associate

The Receiving Associate position is responsible for locating product to our storage facility.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility will be making sure all incoming networking inventory units are received accurately and efficiently (data entry of part numbers with precision)
  • Efficiently unpacking and prepping orders to be received
  • Screen for damage to equipment and make accurate comments
  • Verify parts numbers and quantities on orders and accurately sort them
  • Research to determine part names based on online resources (i.e. Google, eBay)
  • Coordinate with co-workers to ensure all orders are done right the first time
  • Help organize and systematize the entire receiving process
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be able to get inventory tasks done correctly the first time
  • Must have a high level of responsibility and timeliness
  • Must have a desire to learn
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Be able to stay focused on a single task for long periods of time

Refurbishing Associate

The Refurbishing Associate position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility will be Refurbishing and assembling products (this includes, but is not limited to painting; fixing scratches, dents, and dings; replacing covers and face plates)
  • Operates to ensure both quality and quantity of refurbished products meet Company standards prior to shipping to customer or product being placed into inventory
  • Multi-tasks the refurbishing of product between incoming inventory, current inventory, and outgoing inventory
  • Gathers accessories for products in order to stock product and accessories together in inventory
  • Properly locates and annotates product in company software and on product labels
  • Follows all safety standards, to include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to paint product and fix scratches, dents and dings
  • Ability to wear protective paint respirator for extended amounts of time
  • Ability to work with hand tools, whether manual or power
  • Ability to multi-task while managing time efficiently
  • Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
  • Must have excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to be on time and ready to work scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently

Test Technician

The Test Technician position is responsible for testing product to meet industry standards.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tests incoming product and pending orders using both Dedicated Networks, Inc. and United Network Equipment Dealers Association (UNEDA) standards
  • Multi-tasks between testing new, incoming orders and outgoing product orders
  • Troubleshoots parts to bring them to resalable condition, may include performing minor repairs, on all levels of equipment
  • Undertakes internet research
  • Maintains the flow of the product in and out of the testing area
  • Properly locates and annotates product in company software and on product labels
  • Completes required documentation
  • Completes required measurable reports
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments
