Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate position is responsible for locating product to our storage facility.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows company core values
  • Assigns and places product in specific warehouse locations
  • Manually counts inventory
  • Enter Inventory in ERP system
  • Ensures product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Assists in projects within our warehouse/storage facilities
  • Maintains a high level of efficiency (KPI’s)
  • Reconciles inventory locations
  • Fulfill inventory requests
  • Follows all safety standards, which may include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Requires basic knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must be able to learn and use company inventory software program
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Capability to repetitively lift 10 to 15 lbs and the ability to independently lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to pass powered lift truck certification tests and drive them on a daily basis
  • Effectively utilize team resources and meet deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Strives for personal growth and development
  • Capability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.

Packing Associate

The Packing Associate position is responsible for making sure all customer orders are filled accurately, packaged safely, and completed in a timely manner.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packing orders in a precise and timely manner
  • Able to package anything from single box orders to multiple box orders
  • Quality control of products Follows all safety standards, which may include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Assist with projects within our warehouse/storage facilities
  • Assist other Operations departments as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency (KPI’s)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Requires basic knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must be able to learn and use company inventory software program

Picking Associate

The Picking Associate position is responsible for gathering the correct product(s) the customer has ordered from the appropriate warehouse location(s) for it to be sent to the customer and verifying the product’s condition.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use computer/computer software to print out the picklist for an order, which contains the location of the item, its part number and its serial number
  • Find the product(s) in the warehouse and verify the quality and condition
  • Picking product from warehouse location and placing on packing shelf
  • Follows all safety standards, which may include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Assist with projects within our warehouse/storage facilities
  • Assist other Operations departments as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency (KPI’s)

Receiving Associate

The Receiving Associate position is responsible for locating product to our storage facility.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility will be making sure all incoming networking inventory units are received accurately and efficiently (data entry of part numbers with precision)
  • Efficiently unpacking and prepping orders to be received
  • Screen for damage to equipment and make accurate comments
  • Verify parts numbers and quantities on orders and accurately sort them
  • Research to determine part names based on online resources (i.e. Google, eBay)
  • Coordinate with co-workers to ensure all orders are done right the first time
  • Help organize and systematize the entire receiving process
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be able to get inventory tasks done correctly the first time
  • Must have a high level of responsibility and timeliness
  • Must have a desire to learn
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Be able to stay focused on a single task for long periods of time

  • Intermediate computer skills (Office software, proficiency with keyboard)

Recycling Associate

The Recycling Associate disassembles and sorts material that is deemed subpar for resale to ensure all materials are either internally salvaged or sent for commodity recovery in a safe manner. This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows company core values
  • Disassembles, correctly identifies, and sorts a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, circuit boards, and other electronic components
  • Load, unload, and move pallets throughout the warehouse using a forklift and pallet jack
  • Gather, palletize, and wrap for transportation items from various departments and inventory storage
  • Transport material from inventory and/or production warehouse to the recycling warehouse
  • Ensure all recyclable storage containers within the production facility are replaced when full and moved from their department
  • Load truck with disassembled steel material and unload into a roll-off dumpster
  • Track supply and equipment usage, report and/or restock when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency (KPI’s) and help troubleshoot issues within the department
  • Follows all safety standards, to include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Keeps work area clean and organized
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate (DOT Health Card)
  • Requires basic knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must be able to learn and use company inventory software program
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Frequently move about the warehouse to access product, move product, pack product, load or unload product, raise and/or lower up to 50 pounds on a regular basis (frequently lifting between 10 and 50 pounds)
  • Ability to pass powered lift truck certification tests and drive them on a daily basis

Refurbishing Associate

The Refurbishing Associate position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility will be Refurbishing and assembling products (this includes, but is not limited to painting; fixing scratches, dents, and dings; replacing covers and face plates)
  • Operates to ensure both quality and quantity of refurbished products meet Company standards prior to shipping to customer or product being placed into inventory
  • Multi-tasks the refurbishing of product between incoming inventory, current inventory, and outgoing inventory
  • Gathers accessories for products in order to stock product and accessories together in inventory
  • Properly locates and annotates product in company software and on product labels
  • Follows all safety standards, to include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to paint product and fix scratches, dents and dings
  • Ability to wear protective paint respirator for extended amounts of time
  • Ability to work with hand tools, whether manual or power
  • Ability to multi-task while managing time efficiently
  • Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
  • Must have excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to be on time and ready to work scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently
