Dave has over 30 years of experience in building, leading and growing technology companies. He is an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented leader with expertise in helping transform organizations by identifying operational efficiencies and strategic growth opportunities and has extensive expertise in start-up, turnaround and scaled growth stages of organizations. Prior to joining Dedicated Networks, he was President and CEO of Savigent Software, Inc., a leading provider of smart manufacturing software and solutions for workflow automation, manufacturing intelligence and systems integration.
Early in his career, he founded and was President and CEO of Orion Consulting, Inc., a highly successful information technology consulting firm working with Fortune 500 companies as well as medium-sized growth businesses. He grew the organization to 200 employees with offices in Chicago and Minneapolis and ultimately completed an exit sale. Dave is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. He was recognized as a “40 Under 40” Twin Cities business leader by the Twin Cities Business Journal and has served on the Board of Directors of Project Concern International and Children’s HeartLink.
VP of Revenue
Tom specializes in leading all Customer and Market Facing functions at Dedicated Networks, including Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Care. Tom spent his early career in merchandising, sales, marketing, business development & eCommerce roles at Target, Deluxe and Xcel Energy. In 2003, Tom joined 3M where he spent 12 years in Product Development, Sales Management and Business Unit leadership. Prior to joining Dedicated, Tom was a Business Director at Andersen Windows. Tom holds a BS in Business from Miami University and an MBA from University of St. Thomas.
Joe came to Dedicated Networks in the fall of 2018 from public accounting, where he started as an auditor and was later a consultant for small to mid-sized businesses and employee benefit plans. Eventually, he co-founded and managed the business valuation department at his mid-market CPA firm, where Dedicated Networks was one of his clients. Joe resides in Woodbury with his wife and two young daughters and enjoys fishing. He holds and maintains both the CPA and ABV credentials along with a B.S. in Economics from UW-River Falls.
Human Resources Director
Cindy is the HR Leader at Dedicated Networks, responsible for all people driven planning. Cindy is an HR professional with 20 years’ experience working in a variety of industries. She spent her early career in the restaurant industry, quickly moving from service & production staff to management. She then moved into the non-profit sector, joining a residential treatment center for youth, spending 10 years developing knowledge and experience in human resource and management best practices. Cindy then moved to industrial construction/manufacturing at The Jamar Company, where she built the HR framework and department. As a member of the leadership team at Jamar, Cindy added an operational focus to the HR role, including compliance and Lean continuous improvement expertise to affect bottom line results. Cindy relocated to the Twin Cities metro and served as VP of HR, prior to joining Dedicated Networks. Cindy holds a BS in Human Relations, with a communications minor, from the University of Wisconsin, Superior.
Director of Operations
Sean Wall recently joined Dedicated Networks, Inc tasked with leading Operations and Distribution. Sean comes to us from Archway Marketing where he was VP/GM with full P & L ownership of a $40MM+ division. Sean has spent his entire career in the field of distribution & fulfillment. He started his career at 3M in Project Management for assembly and sales sampling distribution. Sean also spent eleven years as Vice President of a fulfillment start-up named Regal Services.
Sean is a driven, high-energy, leader with a long history of success in Operations & Distribution. He utilizes his LEAN training, coupled with an authentic leadership style, to create winning teams, and sustained results. Sean is a lifelong learner who attended Concordia College and has focused his career developing solutions in the supply chain and third-party logistics industry, culminating in deploying several multi-million-dollar automation projects such as a solution combining goods-to-person, high speed, multi-level shuttle and voice technology. Sean is most proud of his work to develop personnel for their next roles wherever their careers may take them.
Paul currently is Chairman at Dedicated Networks, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO. He rolls up his sleeves and helps out as a subject matter expert on project work as well. Paul has spent most of his professional life as CEO of Dedicated Networks, where he has always strived to delight customers and to be the employer of choice. Paul and his father Jerry Cullen, teamed up to co-found Dedicated Networks back in 2005. Growing up, Paul had lots of entrepreneurial exposure with the help of his father. Paul’s main job was working for his father at a retail sporting goods company, where he was able to implement some of his own ideas at a young age. Paul earned his Marketing Management degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

The History of Dedicated Networks.
Dedicated Networks was born in 2005 through the entrepreneurship of Jerry and Paul Cullen, a father-son duo working from their garage. By focusing on delighting customers and investing in its employees, the company grew quickly. The rapid growth led to multiple facility expansions resulting in the 47,000 square ft operations center that Dedicated Networks occupies to this day. By mid-2016, the business grew to more than 100 employees. At this time, the owners were ready to continue to build and create a more scalable organization. They began ramping up to continue growth and to compete in the larger marketplace.
Dedicated Networks is now one of the largest players specializing in core network routing and switching products. We buy and sell globally, shipping products to over 60 different countries. We continue in the tradition of our founders with an unwavering commitment to our customer’s success.
