Packing Associate, Full-Time

The Packing Expert is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m. (hours may vary slightly). This position helps to make sure all customer orders are filled accurately, packaged safely, and completed in a timely manner.

The Packing position is NOT an assembly line position; it requires thoughtful and thorough attention to detail to assist in getting the right part to the right place at the right time. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packing orders in a precise and timely manner
  • Able to package anything from single box orders to large pallets with several hundred pieces of equipment
  • Quality control of products, including thinking outside the box and having accuracy
  • Maintain warehouse orderliness
  • General warehouse duties as needed

 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and efficient
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment

Painting Associate, Full-Time 

Are you ready to use hand tools and to make things look new again? We are looking for the ideal candidate who is quality focused and able to follow refurbishing procedures and quality standards for customer purchase orders.  If you love working for a company that provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dedicated environment, we have an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and dynamic team member. 

We currently have an opening for a Painting Associate. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary slightly). This position is part of our new refurbishing team, helping make sure all customer orders are painted, boxed, and have all accessories on the shelf. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean, tape and prepare units for the painting process
  • Apply paint to networking equipment using the proper PPE and Painting process
  • Follows company core values
  • Completes required documentation
  • Completes assigned measureable reports
  • Follows all safety standards, to include wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Keeps work area clean and organized
  • Participates in department and/or company training and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to paint product and fix scratches, dents and dings
  • Ability to wear protective paint respirator for extended amounts of time
  • Ability to work with hand tools, whether manual or power
  • Ability to multi-task while managing time efficiently
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Must have excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to be on time and ready to work scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team

Picking Associate

The Order Picking Associate is responsible for gathering the correct product(s) the customer has ordered from the appropriate warehouse location(s) for it to be sent to the customer and verifying the product’s condition. Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify accuracy of an order by comparing the customer’s purchase order to our internal sales transaction
  • Use computer/computer software to print out the picklist for an order, which contains the location of the item, its part number and its serial number
  • Find the product(s) in the warehouse and verify the quality and condition of the product against the particular customer’s standards, verify the quantity needed to pick as well as any accessories required for the product to function
  • Verify that the product(s) has been tested by the Tech Department
  • May be required to complete some minor updates to the product such as exchanging covers and/or faceplates, painting, etc.
  • Picking product from warehouse location and placing on packing shelf
  • Prioritize orders when giving to packing in order to assist shipping department

 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • “Can do” attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Be able or willing to operate a forklift/order picker at heights of twenty feet
  • Previous picking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, time management, detail-oriented, multitasking, accuracy and efficiency required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • High level of integrity
  • Self-motivated, always working towards improvement
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

Receiving Associate

We currently have an opening for a Receiving Associate. It is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM -- 4:30 PM (hours may vary slightly). This is a hands on position dealing with networking hardware.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility will be making sure all incoming networking inventory units are received accurately and efficiently Data Entry of part numbers with precision
  • Efficiently unpacking and prepping orders to be received
  • Verify parts numbers and quantities on orders and accurately sort them
  • Coordinate with co-workers to ensure all orders are done right the first time
  • Help organize and systematize the entire receiving process
  • Other general warehouse duties as needed, which may include maintaining warehouse orderliness and assisting other departments

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be able to keep get inventory tasks done correctly the first time
  • Must have a high level of responsibility and timeliness
  • Must have a desire to learn
  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Intermediate computer skills (Office software, using remote desktop, proficiency with keyboard)

Recycling Technican

 

We are looking for someone who aims to WOW us with amazing service, gets projects done well and on time, and goes the extra mile with a smile.  This position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM (hours may vary slightly).

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Disassemble, correctly identify, and sort a wide variety of ferrous and non ferrous metals, circuit boards, and other electronic components
  • Troubleshoot issues within the department
  • Load, unload, and move pallets throughout the warehouse using a forklift and pallet jack
  • Comply with housekeeping schedule
  • Review and audit fellow co-workers housekeeping procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Ability to acquire DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (through DNI)
  • Ability to move about the warehouse to access product, move product, pack product, load or unload product
  • Ability to raise, lower, and/or move 50 lbs. on a regular basis within the warehouse or onto a truck
  • Ability to operate hand tools on a regular basis
  • Ability to regularly operate a forklift and pallet jack
  • Ability to regularly load or unload a truck
  • Must have the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment
  • “Can-do” attitude and willing to go the “Extra Mile”
